Quality claims are easy to inflate, so this page splits them in two. Below are the tests JoyLink actually runs and the published standards those tests follow. Further down is the list of certifications JoyLink does not hold — stated plainly, because a buyer comparing suppliers needs to know which is which before a spec sheet reaches their compliance team.
Pulls a wire sample to failure to measure how the material behaves under load.
Method follows GB/T 228.1. Acceptance values are set per order against the specification you supply.
Holds a coated sample in a salt fog cabinet to compare how long the coating resists corrosion.
Galvanized mesh: 72 hours. PVC-coated mesh: 1,000 hours. Both are cabinet results, not field life.
Finished wire is measured by an outside inspection party rather than by us alone.
Tolerance checked to ±0.03 mm.
The 72 hours for galvanized mesh and 1,000 hours for PVC-coated mesh are results under ASTM B117 salt fog conditions. That is a controlled way to compare coatings against each other — it is not a prediction of how long a fence lasts on your site. Coastal air, installation damage, cut edges and maintenance all change the outcome, and a salt spray cabinet reproduces none of them. Treat the hours as a test figure, not a warranty.
Inspection stations sit on JoyLink's own 10,000 m² production site, alongside the lines whose output they check.
Every product line is manufactured by JoyLink itself rather than sourced from third-party factories, so the party you raise a quality question with is the party that made the goods.
Wire diameter is the one measurement here verified by a third-party inspection rather than by JoyLink alone. It is an inspection result, not an accreditation of the factory.
Production footage and the rest of the site figures are on Why JoyLink.
JoyLink does not hold, and does not claim to hold, ISO 9001, SGS, CE or UL certification.
Everything above is a test method with a published standard behind it. A test method and a certification are different things, and the difference matters on a purchase order. GB/T 228.1 and ASTM B117 define how a test is carried out; neither says anything about who audited this factory or approved its products for a market. Naming those standards means JoyLink tests to them — nothing more.
The third-party wire diameter inspection is the only item on this page carried out by an outside party, and it is an inspection of a measurement — not an accreditation, not a certified quality system.
If your specification requires certified material or a third-party audit report, raise it in the quote request before you order, so it is settled while it is still a question rather than after the goods ship. We would rather answer it directly than let a standard number on a datasheet be read as a certificate.
